Carlos Coelho will be presenting the Keynote: There’s More in a Brand than a Name: Taking your brand to the Top
Carlos Coelho has been a specialist in the field of building and managing brands for over 20 years. He has led hundreds of projects for some of the most important brands in Portugal, including ATM, Telecel / Vodafone Yorn, Galp Energia, RTP, Cable TV, CTT and TAP Portugal.
He is the author of several studies on trends and theoretical models of brands and the author of the book Portugal Genial as well as co-author of Brand Taboos. He is a professor, columnist, television commentator and a contributor to numerous national and international publications and is recognized for his many innovative and challenging approaches on these matters.
Over the last three years Carlos has delivered more than 100 lectures to audiences that range from government institutions, universities, companies and business associations in various countries, including Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, the United States, England and Spain.
Among other awards, he was honored as “2005 Marketing Person of the Year” by the Portuguese Association of Marketing Professionals and since January 2007, is founder and president of Ivity Brand Corp, an international consultant for creativity, innovation and brand management.
He is also founder and president of the World Bank of Creativity – www.worldbankivity.com – and since September 2007 has been a director of IPAM to the area of trends and innovation of teaching.
