Rita Cunha e Campos is Associate Dean, Pre-Experience Studies, Academic Director, Master in Management, Nova School of Business and Economics.
Rita Campos E Cunha, Associate Professor of the Nova School of Business and Economics in the areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. She has a degree in Psychology “by the Institute of Applied Psychology, has a Masters (M.) in Human Resources Management from New York University and Doctorate (PhD) in Management from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
Her research is concentrated in these areas, and is the author of a book “Human Resource Management”, co-author of “Organizational Behavior and Management Manual ” and has several articles in academic journals such as the International Business Review, International Studies of Management and Organization , Management Research, Journal of Applied Management Studies, Journal of Managerial Psychology and Stress Medicine, as well as chapters in national books (Don Quixote, Ministry of Finance, CIDEC) and international books (Blackwell, PaulChapman Publishing, Walter de Gruyter). She sits on the Editorial Boards of Management Research, Organizational Behavior and Management and Management Studies.
Rita was the founder and director of the Professional Support Office (GAP) and director of NOVA School of Economics MBA and participated in several consultancy work, especially in the areas of HRM and change management. She was the Academic Director of the Masters in International Management CEMS and is currently the sub-director of NOVA SBE and Academic Director of the Master in Management.
