Tabatha Moraes is a businesswoman, writer, CEO of Mulheres Que Decidem (Women Who Decide), partner-founder of the Mulheres Que Decidem publishing company, coach and female entrepreneurship expert.
At 17, she began to help women with biopsychosocial problems in a religious institution as a volunteer. And it was precisely in human development that she found her true calling.
Life & Professional Coaching, through the Brazilian Academy of Coaching (AbraCoaching), Tabatha is recognized by the Behavioral Coaching Institute. The female entrepreneurship Network “Mulheres Que Decidem”, today has more than 25,000 entrepreneurs across the country. This idea is present in another three countries: Colombia, Paraguay and the United States.
She is the creator of the movement “Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs”, a program that aims to promote female entrepreneurship amongst teenagers aged from 12 to 15 years in public schools.
Tabatha created the International Conference “Mulheres Que Decidem”, a meeting with about 700 women entrepreneurs from all over Brazil and abroad for lectures and discussions on topics related to entrepreneurship.
She is organizer and co-author of the book “Coaching for Women” and in 2015, founded the Mulheres Que Decidem publishing company, the first company in Brazil totally geared towards a female audience, born with the mission to bring visibility and give voice to Brazilian and international women authors.
